Fix html editor alloy bar actions

When trying to edit a html note in webUI using the editor actions bar, we can't finish any action

How to reproduce:

• Go to webUI
• create a html note with some code or go to a previously created one
• in the editor view, try to do edit some text to bold, etc
• nothing happens, cursor moves to the beginning of the text (bug)

workaround:
Edit the note in code view or using keyboard shortcuts(ctrl+b, ctrl+i, etc)
