nuxeo-date-picker: ensure height of 52px

In order to ensure vertical alignment needed for the grid topic, we need to change the height of nuxeo-date-picker to 52px, since it is our minimum height baseline for all elements. To do this we need to investigate a way to include a Vaadin theme to customize its appearance.
