Manually promote Nuxeo Elements

The automated promotion for Nuxeo Elements had a few issues (see [run|https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-elements/runs/970674521]):

1. it created a duplicated tag (v3.0.1 and an unexpected 3.0.1)
2. it failed when pushing the npm packages to npmjs

We need to:

1. Manually delete the 3.0.1 tag
2. Publish to npmjs manually
3. Manually align the repository on 3.0.2-SNAPSHOT
