Default pageSize for nuxeo-page-provider not working

The default pageSize for nuxeo-page-provider is -1. This value is supposed to cause the element to use the page size specified in the page provider XML contribution, according to Nelson. This is currently not working, nuxeo-page-provider retains the -1 value and causes strange side effects in the UI. For example when using a nuxeo-data-grid the grid displays an empty box for each result.

I will provide an example.

Workaround: specify a value for page size in the nuxeo-page-provider element definition.
