Tests broken in Safari due to auto loading of polyfills

With newer versions of es-dev-server polyfills are automatically injected into HTML pages. This does not play well with our usage of HTML imports causing tests to be broken in Safari.
We should disable compatibility mode (see https://github.com/open-wc/open-wc/tree/master/packages/es-dev-server#code-transformation)
