nuxeo-layout should proceed to native validation first

      Description

      In the scope of NXP-27982, ideally in https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-elements/blob/master/ui/nuxeo-layout.js#L115, the layout validation should occur afterwards field validation because it makes more sense to me.

      Typically, validate individual field 1st then perform potential cross-validation seems more logical.
