Fix lock info not available on tooltip after locking document

This request is created as a bug because it prevents a user with Write permission to understand why he cannot edit a document.

Moreover it will allow to retrieve a feature available in JSF UI.

Ideally the information which will be displayed on the document is:

• an icon or label which indicated that the document is locked
• the name of the locker
• (maybe when the document was locked)

Note that the documentation https://doc.nuxeo.com/userdoc/content-lock/ says

Other users can see the document locked through the icon  . A tooltip indicates who locked the document

So handling this ticket would also align the documentation with the application behavior.
