Grid view for lists of assets in search or folder content

As a user, when scrolling through a list of documents (search result or folder content), I can choose between a list view (current view) or a grid view.

• Context :
  Currently, when browsing folders or search results, list view (meaning : full width / one item per line view) enable the user to click on the item, based on a small thumbnail, title of the document, and an information on the last modified date/author of the last modification (see capture "current"). Customers reported that having a bigger view on result list would ease finding the right asset.

• Goal :
  Enabling user to switch between the current one-row per result to a relevant number of items per row ("relevant" means the preview should be big enough to view more details on the asset - usually 2 image squares per row one a phone portrait mode, 5 in ipad landscape mode).

• Expected result :
  UX task = no expected results excepted achieving the goal.

  Notably, currently some actions on listed items are possible through a "slide" (add to favorite, share, add to collections). These actions should still be possible, however sliding is not relevant on a grid view. An overflow button might be a good options.
  Also, feedback on first wireframes : is the name of the document important / should be visible ?
