Create icon for RTE image picker

RTE image picker will need an icon to pick a Nuxeo image.

Expected outcome:
Provide the icon in a format that can be used by Quill.

Solution: As seen in version A, the ideal solution is to aggregate both actions related to adding an image (search image and upload image). The action to add an image is a dropdown that allows the user how to add the image: by searching an image (from Nuxeo) or by uploading from the computer.

Fall back: Version B is the fallback (in case version A can’t be implemented). Here we have the action to upload an image separated from the action to search an image. These actions should be side by side.
