"simplify" the transfer dashboard

      Description

      the dashboard should be simplified to allow for pagination

      AC (add) : know what page you are on
      know how many pages
      navigate between pages

      adjust the "aggregates" for "time" (remove)
      review the use of quick filters (the aggregate values, change to status)
