      Description

      as we add integrations and features related to interacting with file content, we need way to indicate "special" information about a file in a scalable. way. examples to consider:
      retention - file is a record, file has a hold
      glacier - file is stored on glacier
      dam accelerator - file is a "select"
      platform - file is part of a workflow
