States - Properties filtering in layouts

Goal: filtering properties in layout catalog

• Filtering properties interactive behavior
• Visual rendering (e.g. visual object instead of pure text?)

Knowing that

• we can have ~6 widgets for a given property
• we can have schemas with ~50 properties (checked based on some PS projects)
• we can usually have between 10 and 20 custom schemas + some existing default ones (~25 to 30 total)
