Should comments input area be extracted as an element?

While migrating comments' elements, we started to question some functional (but also implementation) details.
As part of that brainstorm we found that it may be interesting to extract part of the code to a new element that is basically an input area with some confirmation buttons, submit with key shortcuts and auto grow.
