As a user, I can perform an action on all the content of a query/pp (folder/folderish/search)

currently, there is not a way to perform a single action across an entire folder.

• I can go to a folder/search results set
• i see a way to perform an action on the contents of the folder
• if, relevant, i see a way to identify the value/change to be made (i.e if start workflow, i choose the wf)
• I see how many items this will apply to
• I can choose to continue or cancel
