Review positioning of contextual help on side panel

CONTEXT
For the first time the users will be accessing this definition steps, we want to make sure all the necessary information and guidance is available, to give all the security required to move forward 'in peace'  
All the contextual help should have a 'do not show again' - and if the user clicks that he does not want to see it more, but in the future still wants to consult it, this exact same info, will be available on a a knowledge/app documentation online page.
