Hi-fi mockups for the online services login page.

Okta users migration will be done in two phases:

In the 1st phase users will still be able to login through CAS.
In the 2nd phase there will be only sign-in through okta or google account.

For this second phase, we have access to the HTML structure from okta (including any external resources)
