Icon set support - Hi-fi mockups

Based on some user feedback we adjust some needs to the current flow:

-The icon rename feature won't be necessary
-The icon management screen won't have too much to offer, since the rename feature won't be implemented. And, deletion will be possible to perform from the selection list.
-Adding icons with existing names, won't stop the file import, it will add the suffix: copy 1, 2, 3, and so on.

For the record:

With this flow, there won't be support to preview the file, until the icon gets visible in the list. I would say this worth a few changes to have a proper thumbnail size to improve the icon visualisation in the selection list.

When deleting an icon, do we want to pop up a confirmation dialog? if so, I'd say that might worth also a check box to "not show this again", since this flow doesn't allow us to perform multiple selection, and they have to be done one by one.
