Studio Nav improvements - Switch to View / Code

      Description

      In designer when configuring UI layouts either in the view or code editor. The bar containing either the buttons "switch to code" "switch to view" needs to be relocated on the top, below the breadcrumb where buttons save and discard will be placed.

      This will also improve styling and UI consistency.
