- Crowdsource the identification of missing tooltips, try #intranet & #webui - to see if there is some TOM (Top of mind areas)
- Put someone 'new' to Webui, in front of nightly or intranet and try to understand the biggest dificulties/where.
- Go through the app and see what might be missing and can be improved/clarified with informative tooltips
It would be great if we could avoid tooltips, but when we are designing complex interfaces with a big variety of actions and possibilities, that might be ambitious or unrealistic.
In alternative, we must make sure we guide and inform our user, anytime there might exist some ambiguity, or additional information required.
