Notifications Settings

User can choose to receive notifications in mail; app; report or ignore.
The user can choose this to each one of these:

• mentions (@name)
• assigned tasks
• project invitations
• progress of tasks I'm following
• progress on deliverables
• Uploads
• New comments
• Replies to threads I'm following

The user can choose how frequently wants to receive these notifications: immediately or digest (once a day, three times a day or weekly).
