Consider to include Task reassignment on tasks dashboard

When passing tasks to other users, it may not be required to take a look into the document, to perform that decision.

This needs to be validated by a sample of users, that work with tasks assignment daily.
Should we consider Delegate and Reassign or only Reassign?
And should it be considered at all?
