Define access / give access to documents on mobile when sharing docs

Context :
Currently, when creating a document in mobility or accessing it, sharing the link to the doc (even internally) will not always be effective : since there is no current way to access "who has access" (or even document history), some users would receive the link without actual access to the content.

Goal :
Define if we need new screens on documents or not, and the "add permission" pattern from mobile

> This could include some benchmark on usual competition apps, but also some insights from interviews / boc/nbm /webui etc.
> This can also be a preliminary work on the "sharing" experience we want for mobile apps such as the nbm one.
