Research space for each user action slot

In order to allow user actions to scale, we need to decide what is the proposed maximum space they should occupy by default.

Action splots:

• document actions
• blob actions
• result actions
• selection actions

This effort should result in a new NXP ticket with size specification in terms of mixins on slots.
The new ticket should state that this sizes should be changeable in theme for configuration.
