      Description

      Using 9.2 snapshot / firefox or chrome

      • Click on the about link
      • Click on the apache license 2.0 link

      => in chrome this does not do anything
      => in firefox this opens the license inside the dev extension popup window

      expected:

      • link should open in a new page
