Disable dev extension after a timeout or a server restart

      Description

      Using 9.2 SNAPSHOT / Firefox / JSF UI

      • Start server
      • Visit a page
      • Restart server
      • Click a URL in the page still appearing

      => You are taken to the login page but dev extension is still enabled, it should be disabled

      NB: a similar behavior can possibly be obtained in case of a session timeout
