Designer Live Preview fails with Chrome

      Description

      1. enable hotreload 
        org.nuxeo.dev=true
org.nuxeo.runtime.reload_strategy=standby
      2. start Nuxeo server
      3. make some changes in the Studio project
      4. double-check hotreload works fine
      5. enable Designer Live Preview
      6. make some changes on Studio side
      7. refresh the browser page
      8. observe a 401 error for the nuxeo-ffischer-10-bundle.html file in the browser network tab (see network-tab.png screenshot)
      9. now repeat the scenario with Firefox
      10. observe it is working fine and a 200 status code is returned for the nuxeo-ffischer-10-bundle.html file

      Expected behavior: this should work in both cases and not only in Firefox.

      1. Chrome 76.0.3809.100
      2. Firefox 60.8.0esr (64 bits)
