Add new test framework to Browser Extension

Current test framework is broken, probably due to Chimp no longer existing.

Also a lot of unnecessary dependencies and build steps in there thanks to Yeoman.

Everything should be cleaned up and a cleaner, simpler test framework should be put into place.
