Fix dependency mismatch not triggered upon dependency change

In Studio

• Add a dependency in app def screen that is not installed on server yet
• Don't make any further change

In Nuxeo Server

• Trigger hot reload using BDE

=> Dependency mismatch is not triggered and hot reloads completes

Expected: dependency mismatch error should be triggered

Note: 500 error for the hot reload operation in the extension's background console log during the process. Checked with NOS, doesn't come from connect.
