Nuxeo Insight: Correct enrichment threshold values aren't getting utilized after recent modifications

We received a subscriber issue where their Enrichment configuration was not respected within the Nuxeo Insight application.

When filling and correcting fields within Nuxeo Insight Enrichment, the threshold values are not respecting recent modifications.

Restarting the server resolved the issue in the interim, but we should implement a fix for this issue, so that a server restart is not necessary.
