Allow insight-managers to run auto-enrich (and backtrack)

Auto-enrich and backtrack are designed to only allow nuxeo Administrators to run it due to the high cost and impact that the actions can have.

This decision was done before we had explicite Insight user groups.
As it makes sense that both insight managers are the ones that know the impact of Insight bots, we should allow them to also run these bulk actions.
