Drop duplication index before reindex BAF

To avoid unexpected behavior in Deduplication Services, before running reindex BAF Insight should be called to drop the index. 

Handle already Indexed documents by removing Duplication facet from them.

The implementation should precede BAF, that should depend on successful call of such.
