Add new operation to get asset counts for deduplication index

INSIGHT-1249 is requiring to get new api for having the counts of indexed and non indexed assets:

• We need to get the query of the configuration
• Run the query to get the indexed/non indexed asset based on their facets
• Returns the two counts to the client in one call
• Run the query against ES
