Add Delete Index Operation

Create a Delete Index Operation to remove index documents for similarity and deduplication service:

• Calls the insight sdk api to remove the indexed document with its xpath (or without xpath)
• Update deduplication facet metadata (index -> false) accordingly (meaning if an xpath has been provided or not) (update date of index removal)
