Fix missing Rekognition calls

      Description

      When using nuxeo-ai-aws-3.3.0-2021 and nuxeo-ai-core-3.3.0-2021, Rekognition calls are not triggered anymore. Here is the nuxeo.conf content:

nuxeo.enrichment.aws.sns.topic.arn=
nuxeo.enrichment.aws.transcribe.enabled=true

      The only log we can observe from AI addon is the following:

      nuxeo_1          | 2021-08-27T19:04:51,111 DEBUG [bulk/recomputeViewsPool-00] [org.nuxeo.ai.pipes.events.EventConsumer] Consumed event pictureViewsGenerationDone

      Reproduce, Investigate, identify issue and provide fix if exists.
