Replace global conf on redirect s3 links by an enricher

As we have issues with pdfjs in the webui and also automation when giving for unmarshalling Nuxeo documents, we need to find a workaround for the pdfjs annotation screen situation:

• Create a new enricher that can be called on demand to get the blob s3 link for annotation screen
• Remove the global configuration on redirect s3 link
