Find a way to activate/disable Redis tests depending on the test deployment

We need to remove the ignore annotation in org.nuxeo.ai.configuration.ThresholdConfigRedisTest and activate or disable it via an Assume before the tests are running checking the Redis connection: for now the Redis feature is failing if we dont have a connection... Investigation needs to be done
