Align on JWT

To align on the new JWT authentication, we need to update the link generated by AI Core for the button in the Insight admin page to let the user authenticate against Insight:

• Keep code as it is but try to check if we can redirect the user instead of displaying the hyperlink in browser directly
• Generate the JWT instead of taking the token with the claims (GroupId/UserId/ProjectId/URL)
• Token should be referenced in a header
