Use a default Picture rendition for Enrichment services

On the default Enrichment Pipeline configuration, we should use a default picture rendition instead of the file:content to save "data-out" expenses.

Proposed solution

The default image pipeline should have the following changes:

• current document modified/created event that send file:content to pipe should be filter not to be from Picture doctype/facet
• create a new pipe from the pictures rendition updated event and send the FullHD picture:view to the Image pipe
