Update model def and threshold apis

we need to:

• specify an id in the rest api of the model definition and threshold as a PathParam
• add delete endpoint for model def
• fix the deletion of contribution
• Lock tag when published
• When we delete a model we need to remove the contribution
• add the nuxeo conf endpoint to define the continous to be specific without check on admin - remove all the other guards
