Improve pubsub test of AI components configuration

In order to wait properly the pubsub process to be executed, we should use a latch (as commented in org.nuxeo.ai.configuration.PersistedConfigurationServiceTest#iCanPropagateConfiguration

This task should be done once the registration of the global subscriber will be finalized. (not in the threshold component)
