Subscribe to Nuxeo Platform minor releases

      Description

      When a Nuxeo Platform major or minor release happens (ie: 11.3), we must upgrade our references to the new SNAPSHOT indirection: see AICORE-357 (the SNAPSHOT indirection covers all the increment releases).

      We should subscribe to the release process in order to get an automated PR for upgrade.
