Fix suggestion in document edit form

On the 11.x test instance (jira), create ticket with

Title: Any title
Description: Any description
(or go to https://preview-nuxeo-ai-master.ai.dev.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/ui/#!/browse/default-domain/workspaces/ws/jd/Audit%20entries%20for%20Tasks%20and%20Workflows%20should%20include%20the%20target%20documents%20uuid )
After document is created, reload the browser.
