Check/Update AI Core metrics

As a Nuxeo admin operator and
I want to get the count of calls to AWS APIs (recog, textract etc...)
In order to track down cost on a per instance basis

Acceptance Criteria

• Given a QA environment with AI Addon installed and configured, when I run some enrichment on a image, I should be able to get a custom counter incremented in Datadog
• Counters name should allow to identify which API the counter refers to and follow a hierarchical pattern to be able to group counters. For instance:
  • nuxeo.ai.aws.recognition.faceDetection
  • nuxeo.ai.aws.*

• Implement similar system than CloudMetrics of ai cloud
• List all endpoints to call and execute metric collection for each calls
• Check that those counters will be readable by Datadog via JMX
