Conversion service for text in blobs.

Currently we are using ecm:fulltext to send the text extracted from blobs. This is not viable to us as the text there was pos-processed for the purpose of ES use for search. Furthermore, I think the ecm field contains ALL text in the document.

We need to have our own integration of conversion service for text to export, to use on the specific properties containing a blob with text.
