Nail down AWS permissions on AWS AI Addon

      Description

      Rekognition usage should be based only on the necessary AWS permissions:

      • No full access as admin (AmazonRekognitionFullAccess)
      • Should be tested with integration tests
      • No SNS topic created by Nuxeo (created by hand and set by nuxeo.enrichment.aws.sns.video.topic)
      • We should list permissions as well for Transcribe, Textract...
