Export input/output should not be empty string

Export Operation should strip and remove any empty parameters coming from UI.

Currently if a user puts parameters as dc:title, or just leaves it empty the addon will transform it into two strings or an empty string, which will produce an error on getting statistics due to creation of query like

SELECT * FROM Document WHERE ecm:primaryType = 'Type' AND dc:title IS NOT NULL AND IS NOT NULL
