Align or find another work around for dataset export

Since NXP-28470 has been done to find a quick workaround, we need anyway to reactivate the cleanup of the batches in order to avoid disk quota excess failures.

• We can align on a future fix of NXP-28475
• Or we can create one batch per file uploaded

In all cases, we need to decide if we will need to backport in master (not the batch drop commit though 11b8fa2ad107f48e099e562fedf9fb6db7e93570 )
