Prepare future Nuxeo AI Core addons QA pipelines

For the next release of Nuxeo AI package*s*, we want to integrate everything in JenX (having a pipeline of release for all packages or choosing which one to release).

• Job to use: https://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/Deploy/job/IT-release-on-demand-addon/ (check the marketplace.ini for the regexp in case NXP-26137 is not in 10.10)
• Deployment MP test: https://nos-preprod-connect.nuxeocloud.com

As a solution:

• We want to remove the ai addons from the marketplace.ini as it's not tight to the platform
• Create JenX new pipelines spec NXAI-371
• Release manually the new addons
