Create a new endpoint with model info: inputs/outpus

In order to optimize the number of calls into the external suggestion service, the UI should be aware of required fields in order to make a prediction.

To this purpose we need a new enpoint that for a specific DocumentType tells us what available prediction models exist for suggestion, and their inputs and outputs.
