Unable to use AWS ai services because of PG deadlock

      Description

      Getting a deadlock with PG when I try to use some of the AWS AI services. I don't have steps to reproduce but I have an environment that I will share.

      Will attach some exception examples, the JIRA editor is messing them up.

      Note that it's not the same service each time.
